All our professionals at NorthPointe Foot & Ankle maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in podiatry.
Jeffrey Frederick, DPM, DABPS
Immediate Past President of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association and the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. He is a national lecturer and author on Podiatric Medicine. He is board certified in Podiatric Surgery and Quality Assurance. He specializes in Diabetic and foot care for the Elderly.
Lee M. Hoffman, DPM, DABPS
In practice for over 30 years. He is board certified in foot surgery and member of the state and national associations for Podiatry. He is certified nationally as a review physician and is a consultant for workers' compensation claims, peer review and multiple insurance companies. He has served for 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association and as a Podiatric Consultant for the Free Press International Marathon.
Michael Schey, DPM, DABPS
Has served as both President fo the Michigan State Podiatric Medical Association and the Michigan Board of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and has been in practice in Michigan since 1977. He is active in residency training at DMC-Wayne State University.
Charles G. Kissel, DPM, DABPS
Is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and has served as the Director of the Podiatric Surgical residency at DMC/WSU since 1982. He has also served on the Michigan Board of Podiatry and as Chairman of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery's Journal Committee. He is a noted lecturer on many surgical topics and has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals. His areas of interest include reconstructive foot/ankle surgery and trauma.
